The resort is placed with nature around. We went out by dust to look for the wild life. Didn't see any, but then we took the car to town and saw 2 elks just in front of a house🤣🤣. That was funny. The rooms are huge and so are the beds. So comfy. I enjoyed the pool and hot tubs in the morning before breakfast. The food is very nice aswell. The staff are so lovely and helpfull. Such a good atmosphere at that resort. Would highly recommend it, and I will be back for sure.

Clean rooms and suitably furnished with washing facility. Comfortable Room AC temperature throughout the basement. Well ventilated 2-3 rooms. Additional Office room with big table and chair. No smell or no bugs. Ample space. Private entrance. Host was very nice and polite. Clean bedsheet and towels. Clean washroom.

Lack of functional kitchen cook stove. Beds could be bigger to support kid or queen bed. .

The location is unbeatable. The premises are renovated, clean and inviting. The suite was spacious and well appointed, perfect for a long stay, as we stayed ten nights.

Customer service is an unknown notion. I asked for check-out at one pm instead of noon, they said i should pay for the extra hour. After ten nights, and the hotel being half empty, they couldn't give me one hour. Unbelievable. Breakfast is a very bad experience, totally not recommended. Slow and no coffee refills. Room service was totally inconsistent. Too bad because the hotel is so nice.

Easy access from hwy. Restaurant next door in hockey arena surprisingly good. Fridge in room cold.

Air conditioning is very noisy . Motel accommodations separate from main lodge where breakfast is served. Rooms and bathrooms are very small. Breakfast from 6 to 9:30. When we arrived at 8, orange juice was gone and not replenished. Mattress and pillows lumpy.
