Arrived and the host was friendly, room was clean and the bed was very soft. The stairs are winding and narrow, but that's Amsterdam for you. Walk to the centre is a bit of a trot, but I don't mind walking. I do not possess they knack to open the front door, but the owner was very helpful each time. You don't get the baguettes shown in the photo, but you do get petit pains, cheese, cold cuts, juice and eggs. Too be honest (especially considering its Amsterdam), this is really good value for money, especially if you are mostly out of the house at cheese factories and canal tours like me, and just want a comfortable bed. The owner appreciates honest and genuinely just wants to help out! Banging place.

Not much really, bit of uneven flooring upstairs and a few cobwebs. The wifi does occassionally cut out.

The hostel is located in charming manor in a park area, which was very fun to walk and bike in. The breakfast was included and were a small buffet with different options everyday. Given the low price, it is more than affordable compared to other locations in the area, and I would wholeheartedly recommend

there are very few electric plugs in the rooms, which in many cases featured more beds than charging ports, and made charging the phone at the end of the day kinda complicated.

We stayed in the cellar accommodation which was such a different experience and amazing I would highly recommend it ,you have your own entrance underneath the hotel, so you have to be ok with locking up , which we were and it was nice and dark fir a sleep in

The breakfast was great and people were even better. Ladies at reception undescribly polite and nice. The location of hotel was the best, everywhere is it close. Everyone should visit this hotel if you will be in Rotterdam.

Great location, good breakfast. The room was a bit small and stuffy at night, but overall, it was very good for the price. They allowed us to check in early and looked after our bags until 8 PM after we checked out

The rooms were larger than expected and was sufficiently furnished. The view from the balcony was great. The balcony itself was a cozy viewing room.

there was no sink in the toilet to wash your hands and no waste bin for the lady. you had to go to the separate bathroom for this. the restaurant at the hotel was closed on Tuesdays.
