The apartment was good size for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. It was comfortable, clean and anything needed for a good holiday was there. Staff are quite gentle and breakfast was good too. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking fir a holiday apartment in Borovets.

From when we arrived all the staff were really friendly & helpful, our rooms were cleaned everyday, with news towels & mini toiletries when needed. Hotel do many free shuttle buses to & from Borovets centre which takes about 5 minutes. We were half board, many delicious food choices at breakfast & evening meals. Nice to relax in Lovely warm pool & spa facilities at the end of a day's skiing. We also enjoyed the pool table some evenings & use of the gym.

TES Flora Apartments are situated in the Flora Residence Complex in the centre of Borovets, 150 metres from the gondola lift.

Close to both the Gondola Station and the Rila section of the slopes (Couple of minutes walk) with bars and restaurants along the route. Warm, clean apartment with plenty of space. Key easily accessed on arrival with clear instructions from the host. Warm shower and heating all the time. Kitchenette with plenty of plates, bowls, cutlery etc. Every year we try a new place in Borovets depending on our needs/group size and if it were just two of us, we'd have no hesitation staying here again.

Really recommended place. Very close to the slopes, it takes 7,8 minutes with child. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. For example, when we entered the spa with our child, they immediately asked if we needed a floatie or inflatable armbands. When we went into the playroom and everything was turned off, the receptionist quickly came in and turned everything on for us—just one of many thoughtful gestures. They really paid attention to every detail, both in the room and throughout the hotel. The room was fully equipped with everything we could need—quality bath gel, shampoo, body lotion, mirrors—nothing was missing. Very clean and a little view at the mountain from our room. A wide range of food eventhough we were at the end of season. So cute two huge aquariums in the restaurant - we enjoyed looking at them. The spa center was absolutely fantastic - clean, friendly staff and pretty relaxed. I also have to praise the ski rental—two wonderful people working there, very friendly and helpful. See you next year!
