It was a little bit of a traveling in time, back to the old times... We personally liked it, the hotel is charming, the food is hearty, traditional and local. The staff was nice and the pools were good.

She has a personal touch to the whole experience, a very classy lady who represents the best of this hotel, the spirit of hospitality, understanding of people and their needs, and providing the best to guests within her ability and authority. Excellent! She is an asset to the hotel. The hotel is good in general, with facilities, a great Spa, swimming pool, staff and location. am very satisfied with the experience. Everything were perfect! Small pools with a hot mineral water in the forest, spa zone, outside pools, kitchen, services, room are amazing. Definetely, the Best hotel i have ever visited.

Everything was excellent. The staff patiently answered our questions, even though we don't know the local language very well. It was my son's birthday, and the hotel gave us a surprise gift, which was unexpected and touching. The hotel didn't seem new to me, but it looks well maintained, and practically everything we used was in good working order.
