Free private parking a few meters away. Competent check-in. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent beds. Hald board with gourmet dinner : a treat to dine in the 'chapel'. Fine meal with local ingredients, local recipe, wine of quality! Breakfast excellent as well with the freshest of fruit bowls we have seen.A great stay!

The location is great - the sound of Spanish people having fun in bars and restaurants just below was lovely - it made me feel constantly happy! You're right in the heart of everything. The room had a really authentic Spanish feel - terracotta tiles on the floor, dark hardwood furniture, and a fabulous balcony-style window.

Situated in the centre of Llanes, just 2 minutes' walk from Puerto Chico Beach, Las Rocas offers charming rooms with large windows overlooking the Cantabrian Sea and the Marina.
