This is one of the best places we have stayed in. It was fabulous and much better than some of the Paradors we have stayed in. The bedroom was lovely and very comfortable and the bed was one of the best I've ever slept in. The house has character and charm and set in a nice little town with all the facilities. The host was charming and very helpful and the breakfast was good.

A great base for exploration of La Vera. Rooms well equipped, but the beds quite hard. We had a room on the top floor with lovely valley views and small balcony. The spar is small but well worth an hour to relax. Breakfast is very good quality and lots of choice. Plenty of nearby free parking on the road.

Everything was very good. It was wet weather and the hotel had several umbrellas for guests. This was vital because I had to walk 1.6km to the Yuste monastery in the rain.On leaving the hotel, it was still wet and I had to walk to the bus stop. The manager/owner let me take and therfore keep one of her umbrellas. Very generous indeed..

This newly built but traditional-style hotel is set in the charming village of Garganta la Olla, nestled in mountainous countryside – full of beautiful waterfalls and cherry trees.

Breakfast was plentiful and fresh the lady even cooking us omelette one day then egg and bacon another .The whole hotel very clean very comfortable beds and fridge that actually got drinks very cold which is a first for us in over thirty years traveling Spain wonderful.plenty of lovely places to visit .Recommend this hotel very highly so much going back for another 5 days on return journey.
