Great location 15 minutes walk from town straight into the countryside, woken up by birdsong rather than cars. Les charmettes, home of Rousseau next door. The new owners are very enthusiastic, helpful and charming and speak great English and have a great team working with them. Huge bonus is safe parking which none of the hotels in town could offer. Great stop off for travelling up to the mountains. Not forgetting the great restaurant !

The staff were so helpful. My room was fantastic and so comfortable. There are 3 restaurants within the domain and the one I went to the hotel book for me, and it is a 3-minute walk from the hotel I was staying in. All the staff in the restaurant were so accomadating and the atmosphere was just so relaxing after a long drive. Buffet breakfast at the Ibis in the morning was fonomable, spoiled for choice. Secure parking, which is a must for anyone traveling. It was a 15-minute walk into the center of Aix les Bains, which is a positively a bubbly town. I will be back. 😀😀😀😀👏👏👏👏
