The location is THE BEST and cannot be beat, located right next to ESF and at the bottom of the slopes, next to the télésiège. There’s a secure locker room in the basement to store ski equipment that is frequently cleaned. Staff are super friendly and professional. There’s a jacuzzi room that has 30-minute time slot bookings, which was relaxing.

I absolutely the love the charm of this hotel, there are so many notes back to the original hotel and how Samoens used to be. The hotel decor in general is chintzy but I love it! The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was really varied and fresh with home-made jams. A short walk into the town centre. We book this place every time for it's charm, friendly welcome and great location!

The studio apartment was perfect for self-catering meals, as it had a small kitchenette. Bathroom was modern and clean, the terrace had a great view of the mountains and you could hear the water from a nearby creek. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Beautiful location with view to valley, comfortable rooms - we had family room with many beds, 2 floors, 2 bathrooms and balcony, very clean. Dinner was big and very good. The owner is very kind, nice in communication and helpful - helped us a lot with our little baby who got sick.
