We had an amazing stay in Chateaux d'Orleix. I was travelling with my 93 year old mom and they went out of their way to help and make us comfortable. They even changed her room to a downstairs one to avoid the stairs for her. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast amazing and very fresh, the croissants are yummy. The facilities, both in the room and outside are great. Nice pool with enough chairs and parasols, barbecue area, games like darts and jeu de boules. Everything very clean and well-maintained. Location is a bit remote in a small village, so car is recommended to visit all the beauty in the surroundings like The Pyrenees, Lourdes, Tarbes and so on. We were very lucky to see all the 14 Juillet celebrations and to visit the concert of Andrea Bocelli in Lourdes. We had an amazing time and cherish the memories. Thank you all staff at Chateau d'Orleix for making our stay unforgettable.

I mostly liked the amazing kindness of the host! They even brought us milk and tea upon arrival since shoes were closed because of a public holiday! The apartment was so clean and everything was found!

Everything! The location was perfect - it took less than 10 minutes to walk to the Sanctuary, there were many restaurants and cafes nearby, and it was easily accessible by the airport shuttle and local bus. We had the 6-person room and it was very comfortable and clean. I’d recommend asking for a room facing the river - the view was gorgeous! The staff were also friendly and helpful.

Only 2-3 minutes walk to the main entrance of Lourdes grotto from the hotel. Very good welcoming and friendly place to stay. Comfortable beds, well maintained facilities all over the place, nice menu for the dinner. Breakfast also good. After you check out they are happy to keep your luggage near the main reception until you travel to the airport. Also you can find a scale to measure your luggage.
