The scenic view surrounded by sea. Rooms are comfortable with nice interior design. Direct access to the beach, with options to other 2 beaches (require some walking). There are 3 pools within the resort. The staffs were amazing and friendly, no complain on their service level. Gotten a room with balcony facing the sea and the sunrise view was mesmerising.

The hotel is amazing! First of all it is cosy, boutique - modern, new and very stylish run by a lovely Greek family. Our room was so big and elegant with a comfortable bed and bathroom. Second the pool was amazing with a great poolside menu and drink bar. The local restaurant is the best in the whole city - traditional Greek food at the highest level. The atmosphere here is perfect for relaxing and having the best holiday near Heraklion. Located just a minute from a nice beach. The hosts also provide car rental. We definitely recommend this place!

Everything! Staff is VERY friendly and polite! Breakfast is amazing with a lot of tasty things! Soundproof works really well so you’re not hearing the noise of taking off airplanes. Outdoor pool has nice panoramic view to areas located around🥰

staff caring about making your stay the best possible we had an issue with the taxi driver at the arrival to the airport (booked in advance through the Hotel), they upgraded our room for free as a compensation. definitely appreciated. Great lounge bar and a special congrats to the restaurant’s Chef, we had exquisite dinners.

My friend and I arrived at the Alsus Boutique Hotel in early April. The experience was simply perfect. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff and the manager were very nice to us and helped us with everything we needed. The room is beautiful. The people at the hotel improved our vacation on several levels. In addition, the staff at the bar was really friendly and nice. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have stayed at and we will definitely come again ❤️💕
