Beautiful property on top of the hill, decorated with traditional artefacts (maybe too many of them!), 25 minutes walk downhill to the wonderful center of Spécs. Very comfortable room and bed. Friendly receptionist who spoke English, as Hungarian remains a beautiful mystery to me! He booked us a table at the hotel restaurant. The waiters hardly spoke English, but one of them went well beyond duty and patience (he spoke a bit of Portuguese and was delighted to practise his skills with us!) to help choose something to respect my husband's food intolerances (lactose and paprika, which is quite a feat for a Hungarian kitchen to accommodate!). It was one of the best meals we had during our long road trip across Europe (vegetarians abstain! Game and wine sauces accompanied with local wines). Breakfast was plentiful, included in the price of the room. Safe parking within the property.

Very friendly and helpful staff (NB only staff until 6pm) Very well-equipped, with kitchen, dining area, free tea and coffee, en-suite bathrooms, washing machine, lovely garden/courtyard with seating area.

The staff was more than helpful (one of the most elegant and good manners person I ever met worked at the reception), the rooms are spacious and clean, parking is a huge help, breakfast was decent (but nothing to complain about the quality). It has an elevator (despite the fact that it is one floor building).

The room we booked had a heating problem so the hotel gave us a different and better room. Everything was great, from beds to location. Breakfast was also very good.

Spacious, modern and clean room. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of different options. Location is good, more or less just at the end of the main pedestrian street.
