The place is fantastic. It has a small pool surrounded by gardens and a small fountain with fish at the entrance to the complex. I spent the first six days near the pool in the upper part of the complex and the following five days in the house at the entrance. They have their own doctor for Ayurvedic treatments, massages, and yoga, and it's very, very cheap, at least the rooms are. The food is excellent, like a five-star hotel. The best part was the arrival. All the staff, especially those in the restaurant, the private security, and the young woman at reception, were wonderful. I have to leave now, as my plan was to spend the Swiss winter here. The beach is 10 minutes away, and the Shiva temple in Kovalam is a 20-minute tuk-tuk ride. There are also small shops selling Kashmiri and Indian goods to satisfy any craving.
