I couldn’t recommend this property more highly. Everything was perfect. They kindly picked us up from Foligno train station and dropped us off as we had no car, which was highly appreciated. The rooms were comfortable and had a beautiful view. The hospitality was outstanding, from knowing our coffee order each morning, to giving us a snack by the pool, and letting us try the pasta sauce ahead of the evenings dinner - just for fun! If you go you must have dinner there at least once - the pasta was the best we have had in Italy and the tiramisu was delicious. My friend and I both said we would return one day in the future. The pool is beautiful to swim in with lovely surrounding olive trees and hills. If you’re looking for an Agriturismo in Umbria look no further.

Wow. There are no better words to explain how I loved this place. For someone that has been on the road since 1st September 2022, this place is unbelievable. Ok, I booked one of the biggest room, it was no just bi, it was really nice. You can find a similar place at the top end of the marked in NYC, London, Singapore ....

Breakfast was delicious, a buffet. The beds were very comfortable and the area quiet; having the river next to the window made our stay nicer & walking fresher. The staff was kind and very helpful. Very close.to the historic sites and nice restaurants.

Very bright room with a terrace, which is nice for summer evenings. The room was clean and towels can be changed if requested. Very clear communication by the host about checking in. Location is perfect to explore around town centre, with a supermarket nearby. A comfortable stay.

The hotel is impeccable, breakfast is always interesting and unbelievably tasty, staff are always helpful, friendly and approachable (big thanks to Carlo Maria at the reception for all the advice and help with the luggage, his smile and warm professionalism made us feel at home, and to Berta and Giorgio who made sure we had everything we needed every morning at the breakfast ❤️), rooms are cleaned daily, pool is refreshing and the deck is perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the sounds of nature. Nights are not hot so a good night's rest is guaranteed, but it might get loud on the weekends when there are garden dinner parties (nothing a pair of earplugs can't solve). We will definitely be coming again!

Very nice rooms and public spaces, especially the terrace setting overlooking the valley. Staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful and remembered guests names and preferences; for example i only had to ask for my preferred coffee type, once! Excellent 😁
