We were 4 travellers and requested to stay in 1 room. - The room provided was very large and spacious. - The location was also excellent, close to all main amenities, with supermarket and restaurants very, and yet secluded and very quiet. Also very close to some seeing spots, with Centro Storico Narni (a beautiful medieval town) only 10 minutes away by car. - We were travelling by car and a large parking area is available. - Beds large and comfy, mattresses very comfortable - Staff very friendly, and a kind receptionist gave us a discount voucher to visit Cascate delle Marmore, which is unmissable. - Good breakfast, croissants and cakes were delicious - Overall a very pleasant stay and the hotel exceeded our expectations

I stopped here with my parents for our last night's stay in Italy. It is an absolutely beautiful property where you can get lost in the peace of nature in the gardens, terraces, and outdoor pool. My parents and I treated ourselves to a tranquil afternoon in the private spa, which was worth the visit. I need to come back to try the restaurant, which was closed during my visit.

Nicely out of town with fantastic views of Umbrian countryside and what a great sunset! Rooms are comfortable with gas hobs, fridge, dining table and sink.. Balcony was very nice Host was great Lovely place overall.

We really loved the location of the hotel; for our business needs it was perfect. The on-site restaurant was phenomenal with great quality food and full of locals. The rooms were clean, quiet and well equipped.

I stayed in the hotel with my family for one night (19.07.-20.07.2024), I could have stayed longer if I had known how cool this place is and the vacation would have been longer. The hotel has magnificent, breathtaking views across the valley in two directions. Breakfast is classic Italian, as it should be. The coffee tasted good and the views from the breakfast terrace were fantastic. There are several places to eat dinner and a supermarket within a short drive. A good bonus is the pool where you can cool off from the hot summer weather. The manager is a very friendly and very positive person.☀️ Thank you!🙏 I definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely charming place in a set of medieval stone houses that were carefully restored by a Flemish architect, whose wife runs the hotel. Great breakfast, some nice restaurants in town ... Do stop there if you are in the area!. We took a 2 day break on the Via Francesco from Rome to Assisi there and it was a great choice!
