In a purely rural area in Umbria, this is an accommodation surrounded by the tranquility and simplicity of nature. The ground floor room was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool is surrounded by greenery. The owners are polite, discreet, and particularly hospitable. It is a 15-minute drive from Spoleto and 30 minutes from the beautiful and not particularly touristy villages of Trevi & Montefalco.

In the historic town of Spoleto, San Luca is a charming, family-run hotel set in the grounds of a former convent. Breakfast and drinks are served in the floral courtyard.

If you want to feel the atmosphere of Italy, this is the perfect place. The interior is designed with exquisite taste and aesthetics. Cleanliness and service are at a high level. The hotel is located in a very convenient spot, just a few minutes’ walk from the escalators that take you up to the old town. It’s also only a few minutes’ walk from the bus stop coming from the train station. You can even reach the station on foot in about 20 minutes. The area is extremely peaceful and quiet. Inside the hotel there was a sense of calm that made it perfect for relaxation. I didn’t want to leave the garden—I felt wonderful there. I will definitely come back.

The Hotel dei Duchi is in the historical centre of Spoleto, looking out onto the Roman Theatre and situated within the gardens of the Ancajani Park.

Great location, nice large room and very good bed. Bathroom is large as well and clean. There is private parking on property which you'll have to reserve in advance. Nicely located, perfect place for a longer stay.

This hotel is honestly my top 1, it is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at. It is incredibly beautiful, relaxing, and detail oriented. Our room was stunning, perfect size, the pool is beautiful and so calm. The breakfast was delicious, the coffee was next level (and the offer plant-based options) Also, the parking is covered with solar panels, and they offer EV charging stations. I have nothing but praise for this place.

Completely renovated in 2011, Hotel Charleston is set in a 17th-century building in Spoleto’s historical centre, next to the Modern and Contemporary Arts Museum.

The staff were extremely efficient and friendly. The sauna was excellent and the setup was impressive. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

An old-style hotel in a great location. Beautiful view from the room. Comfortable bed, very clean bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.. You can park by car.

Absolutely beautiful place and fantastic location easy to walk into centre of town and to all attractions. The hotel is very old and traditional Italian style with lots of dark wooden pieces and beautiful artwork. My room was very comfortable and I had a large bathroom with an amazing old sink (Rococo maybe???) I will definitely stay there again, I loved it. They do not normally do lunch but I asked for a lunch and the owner kindly provided me with a lovely cold salad platter.
