Alessandro was so friendly, helpful and generous. The room is really very beautiful with an amazing view. We were warm and comfortable. The location is fantastic. Right near the central square (100m) but quiet. There are lovely restuarants nearby and its a lovely town. It was such a treat to stay there. Thank you Alessandro!

The hosts were wonderful! Even managed to do a small load of washing that upon my return was hung out for me. Attention detail was seen in everything! The lounge dining and kitchen as well as my room were tastefully decorated. The kitchen came with everything needed in order to prepare a meal including olive oil. My room oozed charm in every nook a cranny. It felt more like a home than a lodging. Highly recommend to anybody booking a stay here in Orvieto. I had a terrific stay!

In a purely rural area in Umbria, this is an accommodation surrounded by the tranquility and simplicity of nature. The ground floor room was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool is surrounded by greenery. The owners are polite, discreet, and particularly hospitable. It is a 15-minute drive from Spoleto and 30 minutes from the beautiful and not particularly touristy villages of Trevi & Montefalco.

Surrounded by greenery, Podere Sette Piagge is just outside the historic centre and offers a shuttle to Orvieto Train Station 1 km away. Its garden includes a pool, fruit trees and vegetable patch.

What a lovely little piece of paradise! A small, family run guest house, surrounded by a lush garden with flowers, fruit trees, fragrant herbs and home grown vegetables, as well as a nice swimming pool (which was already closed in October), an outdoor kitchen and dining area beneath a pergola laden with clusters of grapes. Our rooms were spacious, clean and very pleasant. We arrived around lunch time, and our cordial host (head of the family that also resides on the premises) was kind enough to improvise a delicious lunch of cold cuts, cheese, savory pastries filled with broccolini and sausage, a large salad from his garden and a bottle of local white wine, all for 14 euro per person. Breakfast in the bright dining room (it was a bit chilly to have it outside) was also very nice. We only stayed the one night, concluding a 10-day visit to Toscana and on our way to Fiumicino, but I can well imagine relaxing there for several days. Great value for money and lovely hospitality!
