The hotel is very nice, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was big and very comfortable. The bath tub was spacious. The breakfast was delicious and very well served. The check out time was very convenient too. We enjoyed very much our stay.

Loved how easy it was to get from Narita airport to this hotel! The front desk sent me a bus schedule and once we arrived we purchased tickets and the bus stopped right in front of the hotel. After a long flight, it was a nice and easy process. The check-in was smooth and our room was clean. I had a package delivered to the hotel that was already in my room by the time I got there which was great. Super close to the train station which was great for getting around on our second day and had food options nearby. Would definitely recommend!

As it was the month of Ramadan, I was fasting and couldn't have breakfast. However, the fact that there is a market available 24/7 in the facility is excellent. Everything is easily accessible, from restaurants and shopping malls to a spa and clinic. The facility is superbly designed, and every detail is carefully thought out. I have been staying in APA hotels since arriving in Japan, and it has been incredibly comfortable. The staff is very well trained and always ready to assist you. The facility's location is perfect, making it an ideal spot to stay for both a holiday and a business trip.

The hotel was in a really beautiful part of Chiba Prefecture, only a 30 minute train journey from Tokyo Station and about an hour from both Shibuya and Ikebukuro. The rooms were small but comfortable, and the staff were some of the kindest I ever met!

The hotel had a free bus shuttle to and from Disney SEA and Disneyland. The staff will give you a print-out of the timetable for the bus ride and sure enough it will be on time. The hotel also had a Natural Lawson and some gachapon machines at the lobby, very convenient. They also have a bath at the top level with specific time, separated to male and female. Laundry(coin-operated and first-come, first-serve) best to go late at night, and microwave(also outside the Lawson). You can also help yourself to free toiletries at the lobby elevator area(combs, shaving kit, q-tips, toothbrush). I enjoyed walking around wearing the hotel-provided PJs. They have manga/manhwa near the bath place. There is a children's area opposite the front desk, water station and seats for waiting in the lobby. Also, if you want change for your 10k yen just approach the front desk and they will gladly change to 1k's etc. I recommend 3 days and 2 nights.

Great breakfast with variety. We loved the welcome drinks and snacks. Easy to get shuttle bus to disney sea & disneyland took about 20 mins.
