Great onsen. We used it late at night to avoid the crowds. Very friendly staff. We booked a relaxation massage and the therapist was exceptional.

There were multiple baths with a view on hell valley. The equipment were well maintained. We also had a good time in the arcade zone. Also, the food was delicious and there was different type of dishes.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay, breakfast and dinner buffets both had an excelling choice and the food was delicious. Staff were really welcoming and helpful even though they didn't speak alot of English and our Japanese is non existent.

Located a 5-minute drive from JR Noboribetsu Station in the famous hot spring area, Hotel Izumi boasts spacious hot spring baths and free-use park-golf courses.

There was a public onsen for guests and it is free. To enter the onsen, room card and code are required. After-bath service is drinking yogurt during the day and popsicle in the night time. The convenient store just right next to the hotel. It is a short walk to JR station.
