Excellent location, quick walk from the station. Friendly and courteous staff. Excellent breakfast, clean spacious room and to top things off free bicycles available. We used the bikes to go to the gardens which made this trip really efficient and fun. Highly recommend.

Stayed for 2 nights. It was a very comfortable room. We possibly had the best room on the 10th floor with a great view of the castle and river The location is excellent to the garden and castle and q km from the train station. The buffet breakfast is also good. A

Communication with Aya was really fast and nice. All instructions were clear, the washing machine and dryer were superb. Location is opposite of a mall with a food court. During opening hours you can walk from the trainstation through the mall, cross the street and you're at the Guesthouse.

Staying in a beautiful piece of Japanese modernism was a delight, especially one that's been lovingly cared for. Breakfast was good, and I especially liked I could open our bedroom window. It's also very handy for Bikan neighbourhood.
