Easy walk from the train station, but still far enough away to escape the crowds. Very quiet, felt safe, bed extremely comfy. Our end room had a great view with a full curved window which was quirky and a bit more spacious.

Staying at this traditional ryokan was wonderful. My room had a fantastic view of the beautiful Japanese garden, and there was a seating area in my room where you can sit and view the beautiful garden and contemplate with a green tea. The hotel owners Mr and Mrs Ito made the entire experience even better. Nothing was too much and they were very welcoming. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The location is good. It is just a 15mins walk to nearest metro station (Akabane) but Mr Ito also was happy to pick me up and drop me off at the station. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. A gem of a hotel.

The hotel is so beautiful that it is a tourist site in itself, every corner of it is carefully designed and a pleasure to walk around. Furthermore, the garden and pool are also very beautiful, so the hotel has an additional value. The staff is very nice and very helpful. I felt like I was welcomed every time I arrived. I would like to note that the concierge services are great and her recommendations added a lot of value to our trip.

Well, where can I start? A little gem of a hotel! We booked the nicest room we could get for our honeymoon, and we were surprised with all the freebies and facilities offered. We had a real jacuzzi, massage chair, karaoke machine, and netflix in the bedroom. The whole experience was pure luxury. The food we ordered to the room was incredibly inexpensive and delicious! They do not speak any English but were very patient and happy to use Google Translate.

Right next to Otsuka Train Station on the Yamanote Line, the elegant Hotel Bellclassic features French and Japanese restaurants.

The reason I choose Hotel Bellclassic is because of the location, it is next to the JR station but less crowded. It is 5 minute walk from the JR Ōtsuka station and not a station tourists are likely to go so less busy and more convenient for me. The room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom and the toilet are separated, all toilet supplier was provided even face wash and lotion, so I barely used my stuff during my stay. I was surprised the WiFi in the building is super fast, I watch YT and streaming platforms with no hustle.
