Amazing stay, the staff was very welcoming and really looked after us. We got a welcome tea which was nice. We also got a free sparkling wine as a gift for our anniversary! All in all super cozy and nice also the free wine hour is great to taste some locals wine.

The location was extremely convenient and within walking distance to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and many great restaurants. It was also only a 3-5 minute walk to Odori Station. The daily breakfast buffet was amazing and full of both Japanese and American choices. Having an onsen to soak in at the end of the day was a huge plus! The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They gave restaurant recommendations, and directions and even organized a taxi service for 6 of us with lots of luggage. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here because it was such a cute, cozy, but also warm and vibrant hotel. We loved that the room was slightly spacier than we thought, and the view of the park was gorgeous during the snowy period. The room came with everything we needed and beds were super comfy.
