AustraliaHad a great room on 5th floor. I spent a lot of time there in the aircon (very hot outside) enjoying the lovely view sunrise to sunset across to the river and hills. Big picture windows have effective blackout curtains for the morning. Rooftop 'Panorama' restaurant is a good place for a sunset, but the service is often slow so I usually ate at one of the restaurants close by, particularly the excellent Korean one across the street. The time I arranged room service arrived fast though.
Good location on a quiet street close to a clothes/ fruit/ general/market, money changer, on airport side of town. Tour desk downstairs gave good advice and arranged a motorbike rental- there's secure parking around the back for overnight.
Amazingly the room had a bathtub with enough hot water to actually enjoy a soak after a day out on the motorbike :)

The property looks nice in photographs and is of traditional French Colonial style. The rooms are large, but basic. The swimming pool was clean, but tatty and needed repairs, as did other aspects of the property such as broken flower pots, broken and insecure towel hangers. The cat who lives on the property provided the best customer service and is the saving grace of that place. She was lovely and friendly.

Great room with lots of character. Lovely pool cleaned daily. Shuttle bus into town at 7pm and back to hotel at 9pm. Very helpful staff, can’t do enough for you. Even got my girlfriend a birthday cake

Lovely relaxing hotel - with friendly and very welcoming staff. Helped with any requests ( eg : provision of kettle, travel arrangements ). The room was very clean and spacious. Good nights sleep.
Pool was most welcome to cool down.
The evening shuttle to restaurants worked well. Recommend visiting nearby Talat Dao Huang market.

Our 2nd stay here. Excellent location for southern bus station with a lovely garden to relax in. Food was very good at breakfast and also at evening meals - Ngoc (owner) also runs cookery classes for guests. She's also extremely helpful with advice and arranging tuk-tuk pick-ups, activities and onward travel.

The host is lovely and very helpful, the food they serve is more than delicious. The resort is just off the main road, the garden and the area is absolutely quite and relaxing.
I did stay only one night but I really loved it.
Will not hesitate to book again should I go back to Pakse.
