The staff were fabulous in helping out with phone calls and advice for activities. George went above and beyond helping us with our Milford Sound plane excursion. Room was great although I could hear footsteps above us at times. Loved the kitchen and washer/dryer in the room. And, walking on the lake path was very nice - you can leave right from your room to see the Wanaka tree which is just a few minutes down the pathway.

Booked the lakeside cabin, it was absolutely incredible!! The most insane views ever and so cozy, it was awesome! Great facilities, the kitchen & bathrooms were good!
