It was a last minute decision to stay here and it was a good one! Carlos was very helpful and responsive, storing my bag til the room was ready as I arrived before noon. He also oriented me to the beautiful building, gave restaurant recommendations and made sure I understood how the security system on the main door worked. I would gladly stay again!

- best place to have breakfast in Guimarães - in the heart of town - extremely friendly personal - the city is the essence of Portugal in my eyes. If you miss it, you missed a very important part of the country - recommendation to stay over night, to see city late night and early morning :)
