It was a really lovely experience staying at this place. Private and intimate pool area, the vinyards, dinner with chef making food and owner telling about their wines. Everything was so peacefull and relaxing. Thank you so much!

The Quinta is by the Douro River, and we had a beautiful twin room with a balcony facing the river. I recommend asking for a room higher up to have this view. The restaurant is fantastic, amazing food. The surroundings are gorgeous too. Very helpful and pleasant staff too.

Wonderful stay! The dinner was really tasty and it was amazing experience to have a dinner with all guests at one big table. Also hosts were very friendly and hospitable.

Very nice winery with an amazing view on the wine fields. Very big and comfortable room, just perfect. Opportunity to do a nice wine degustation and dinner at the winery is excellent too. We were lucky to come in the harvest season and could witness the wine making from the start, when the grapes arrive in trucks. Douro valley is a fantastic area and for sure one should stay in a winery to get the full experience.

Everything, a great welcome from Thomas to start with. A clear explanation concerning the facilities and the area. We decided to go to his restaurant which had great views over the valley. We had the chef's recommendation for dinner which was based on local cuisine. Tremendous value and great quality. Finally we needed to walk off the meal around the town before bed. Lovely bedroom, great sleep, aircon if required. The breakfast was the best I have had, such quality and variety. Thomas and his wife catered for every taste. Unfortunately I was still quite full from the night before. Overall fantastic value for money and outstanding quality. We felt that we had made new friends.
