Ines and Paulo were the pefect hosts. Ines couldn't have been more helpful with answering my plentiful questions. Such a congenial couple in a scenic setting, walking distance to the Mateus Palace and major highways. This 17th century property retains all the rustic charm of that era while providing the modern amenities that make the stay comfortable! The other two guest houses on the property with 1-2 bedrooms and baths are simply charming and a good value for families traveling together. The pool looked clean and inviting although we did not take a dip. We loved sitting in the patio!

Accommodation, cleanliness, staff professionalism, friendliness, food and service were fantastic. Parking was good and room was air conditioned.

This was such a charming quinta to stay at! The swimming pool was my favourite part, with some lovely views over the vineyards. The building itself was full of character, taking us back in time. Marco was welcoming and a lovely host. We would love to come back!

The view is amazing, the hosts are very welcoming and nice. In addition, the pool, jacuzzi and chill area are an amazing addition. And of course, Mia (the cat) was a wonderful companion as well.
