Excellent location, friendly, professional staff,clean, relaxed atmosphere, good breakfast and nice touch with the 5-7pm free drinks (2 per person) and snacks. Was able to check in early, underground free ,safe parking. Good hot shower. We had a Riverview with balcony.

Love the little balcony over the river. Peaceful. Like that it is mostly seniors who are friendly and courteous. Love the location a short walk from restaurants and shops. Front desk staff and breakfast lady were lovely. Breakfast was okay.

Whole stay was very nice. Jacuzzi tub was very clean which is obviously really important. They allowed us a late check out. Great staff front desk and room staff! Thank you!!!

The evening beverages and snacks is a terrific idea, especially on your arrival day. After our long travel day and unpacking, this allowed us to settle and have a later dinner. Our 2 other days also were good, as we could have a full day of activities, but come back and relax with a quick bite before again regrouping for a later dinner. Underground parking was a bonus and the breakfast was good. Room was clean and spacious

The staff was amazing, so polite and helpful. Wonderful Happy Hour, relaxing on the terrace watching the kayaks on the river. Breakfast was beautiful! So much variety, and the quality was excellent.

The room was very nice, beds to be honest were a little old & the mattress sagged somewhat, however it was quiet & had all of the facilities we needed - the shower was great. The location is great. Cleanliness was a bit hit & miss, the room was clean but the coffee or tea stain all down the wall behind the door of the room looked as if it had been there for a long time & the toilet by the bar needed a good clean. Breakfast was very good & the evening drinks were a lovely bonus.
