Guests can also relax with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace in the flowered lounge. We enjoyed everything about our stay at Villa Vicuña Wine & Boutique Hotel. Our only regret, truly, is that we were only guests of Villa Vicuña for only a single night. Though it is unlikely we will return to Cafayate, there is no doubt that if circumstances do delivery us back into its embrace that we will look no further than Villa Vicuña for accommodation.

Salta’s Main Square is 300 metres away. It was pure luxury. We had stayed elsewhere in salta and this was such an upgrade. The shower and bath were fab. The bed super comfy, breakfast was excellent

Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. To wake up with the birds singing made me feel so peaceful. It is a charming place, with excellent customer service. If you like to walk, it is great to get to cafes and restaurants. But if you don’t want to get out for dinner, you can order empanadas, humitas, tamales or pizza from their kitchen, and they will deliver to your room. Very convenient and good food.

It’s one of the sweetest boutique hotels we’ve ever stayed at! It’s a tastefully renovated old historic building right next to the beautiful central Plaza. All the restaurants, caffès, crafts shops, etc are with a minute walk, literally. We had an excellent first floor room, Jasmine, opening into a charming inner courtyard, which we had totally to our own at the time of our stay. In spite of a central location it is exceptionally quiet and peaceful. The staff was a true pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t be any better, highly recommended

What a beautiful, characterful property! We would come again … if we lived closer. The breakfasts were fabulous and rooms so lovely. The staff did everything they could to make it a perfect stay. The room was comfortable and cute with a large bed. We were greeted on arrival with a fresh juice. In the evening we enjoyed a lovely meal and wine in the restaurant, so cosy and an experience in itself. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
