They were always very friendly and positive. Breakfast was good. The food at the restaurant was really tasty. We didn't try the spa facilities but they looked really nice.

Well firstly after almost 24 hous of traveling it was a relief that we could check in early and settle in. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with arranging tours around the area. The rooms are newly done and modern in style. I loved the fact that there was a walk in shower and bidet in the bathrooms. Rooms were spacious and had a microwave, kettle and toaster as well as crockery. Breakfast was fair..boiled eggs, cereals , tea and toast..

Breakfast was ok, and they asked each guest about a time when to serve breakfast next morning! But who really made our stay there - front desk manager Johana! We were first time ever at south hemisphere, had zero Spanish - first few days were hard, but her support helped us a lot! She's the best hotel manager I met traveling the world. Definitely recommend this hotel to all Patagonia travelers.
