The owner was extremely attentive and welcoming. There was a ‘club’ room in which we could microwave some dinner and sit and eat in comfort with a lovely selection of Belgium beers. It was very comfortable and just what we needed after a long day’s cycling. There was a secure room for our bicycles and the swimming pool was amazing. Location was remote and quiet!

Located a 20-minute drive from the centre of Brussels in green and peaceful surroundings, Van der Valk Waterloo offers free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, an à la carte restaurant and a bar. Everything was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Best option if you have work to do somewhere near the area. Little bit far from centre .

I didn’t miss anything. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to play padel in the sun and the restauarant was really nice and we could watch soccer there in the evenings. We enjoyed the location a lot because we wanted to watch soccer in the arena at the hotel. We rented a car so it was easy to go to Brussels and other cities. We were thankful that it was free parking at the hotel.

The staff and hotel owners were beyond friendly and helpful to the point of driving me to my destination twice in two days. Very nice & comfortable room. Wonderful restaurant right next door. Excellent choice of places to stay in the area. Location was pretty remote and it would be helpful if the best way to get to the hotel from the train station was provided.

A country home away from home! The breakfast was served in the hotel next door, it was very good and plentiful even late in the morning. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night
