The room was very comfortable with an amazing balcony that gave an outstanding view of the lake a couple miles away. Nicely situated between St Gallen and the restaurants/bars along the shore of the lake. Gorgeous!

The rooms, toilets, shower, everywhere was clean. I enjoyed a lot the old furnitures in the building; the building itself is almost 900 years old. Also, I was very lucky to have a room with a lake view that I could get up with an amazing view from the bed. They have amazing terrasse in multiple layers - highest layer with tables and chairs for dining having a big tree in the middle (breakfast there with the lake view was just great), then they had nice chill lounge couches with parasol looks like a perfect place for apéro, middle layer for chilling with green grass, and the lowest layer with direct access to the lake where you can chill with the sun beds and parasols. It was so amazing! It felt like a hidden gem that we found like serendipity. Mind that they can host a very limited number of guests, so if you find it available, please don't miss this lucky chance! I loved that place also because I could feel that the hosts were putting their heart into their hotel. I will definintely come back!
