The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. Definitely recommended! The room is clean and comfortable, with all the equipment. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to the train station, and it is also very close to the bridge where can perfectly take pictures of Matterhorn. The shuttle bus arranged upon arrival and departure also brings a lot of convenience. The most unforgettable thing for me is every staff at the reception. They are friendly, helpful and take care of me like family. My four days stay here was perfect and I would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Zermatt!

The ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa in Zermatt is located near the centre, the station, the Gornergrat train and the Sunnegga-Rothorn train and features up-to date wellness facilities including an indoor brine pool. Great hotel! The pool was amazing. When we arrived it was raining so it fit perfectly to us haha. Also, we were expecting just a pool with warm water but were pleasantly surprised that it also had hydromassage. Breakfast was very good and the staff as well.

The staff’s service was excellent even before we arrived at the hotel. The reservation process and communication with the team were quick and efficient. The hotel is very beautiful and offers incredible views of the mountains.

WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . Everything was great; from the rooms to the spa, we enjoyed this hotel a lot. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I would especially like to thank everyone at the reception.
