All staff made us feel welcome, helped us in any way we needed them at the front desk. Came back each day to the cleaner been with clean beds, towels and personal touch with the kids teddy's on the bed. Breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from and all the restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful. Always someone around the could speak English if needed help with translating the language.

Free WiFi access is available and guests are served a complimentary breakfast daily. Great price and location. The most family friendly place we stayed at during our Chile trip - right down to the heated pool - WITH KID TOYS (pool floaties, noodles!). Best continental breakfast. Great WIFI. Able to have an hour long phone call sorting out flight issues. Staff are fluent in English and very helpful. Very helpful to have restaurant on site with accommodating hours.
