Set in Cartagena de Indias, a few steps from Bocagrande Beach, Hyatt Regency Cartagena offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. The hotel is well located and offers a wide range of services. It is a quick ride away from the old town and just across the beach. Rooms are quite big and everything in there is of great quality (bedding, linens, etc). The staff is extremely nice and professional and this is valid for all the staff! I have not seen anything other than smiling faces from the people holding the door for you at the entrance all the way to the cleaning staff and the receptionists. The facilities are really good but the niceness and professionalism of the staff is really what left us a mark!

Staff were exceptional, particularly Felix and his team on the rooftop. Room was super comfortable. Excellent location right in the middle of the old city.

Great location, very near to Getsemani bars and restaurants - but no noise perceived. Very friendly and helpful staff and owners! Small pool in the courtyard is nice to refresh on hot Cartagena days. Room with safe and a good AC.
