Always a great selection of food and friendly ataff. Beautiful peaceful gardens and a good sized beach with activities available if you want to participate. Housekeeping are the best - they go out of their way to help and are very kind of you have a sick child or need any extra assistance. Reception are polite and friendly and very efficient. Overall we have been coming for 21 years and still love to stay here. Recommend!

I would like to thank the hotel for the warm hospitality and excellent reception. All the staff were kind and always greeted us with a smile, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. The variety of activities and the amazing parties made our stay full of joy and great memories thank you Sara saed and Mahdi its was an amazing party:) The food was absolutely delicious and well prepared. It was a truly wonderful experience — highly recommended!

My husband and I had an incredible stay celebrating our birthdays (we share the same day!). The hotel is located in a beautiful compound, and we loved spending our days exploring the gardens, enjoying the winter sun, and taking peaceful walks around the hotel’s huge, serene golf course. The staff went above and beyond to make our celebration unforgettable. They decorated our suite with flowers and balloons, which was already such a thoughtful touch. But they truly outdid themselves during dinner, where the kitchen staff surprised us with a gorgeous birthday cake while singing “Happy Birthday.” The restaurant also had a performer who was there every evening, singing amazing oldies and creating such a warm and lively atmosphere. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all staff members, from the bellman, kitchen staff, housekeeping, front desk, and the wonderful Italian lady who runs the hotel. She always greeted us with a smile and made sure to see if every guest was satisfied with their stay. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, and outside the restaurant, there were fun games like table football and ping pong to enjoy. This trip was the perfect escape from Cairo’s hustle. It was relaxing, beautiful, and filled with thoughtful touches.

I felt that I was treated as a valued guest. e supplies was provided , the Housekeeping representative Aly was mo‏I to thank the staff for nice attitude and Premium Guest service especially Chef Mohamed Salah ,( the Assistant General Chef ) was Amazing and very kind he made us feel that we’re very special. My wife and I appreciated his concern ,thanks again chef Mohamed Salah. I appreciate the front desk’s help, Seif ,Mustafa and Ibrahim. Our room was prepared very nice and the all the supplies was provided. the Housekeeping representative Aly was more than excellent, always treated my wife and I with respect he went above and beyond and made a nice surprise for use by making some decorations in our room when he learned that day was our anniversary day .
