The design of the bathroom was clever and meant it had natural light and didn't take too much space. The enclosed balcony was beautiful and I would had spent a lot of time sitting there enjoying the view if there wasn't so much to do in Santiago. I would suggest to have a kettle in the bedroom, for an early cup of tea or coffee in the morning. I know it isn't an expectation in Spanish hotels, so not an issue.

You can also sleep really well as it’s silent; and there’s no light coming as you can close theres something that totally block the light from outside. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choice, from local food to international and lots of fruits. Staff was relaxed and polite.

Hotel Monumento is a lovely restored convent with so many historical pieces and artifacts. Our room was impeccably clean, with a super comfortable bed and very nice linens.
