Probably the best we've ever had in France and we've travelled alot throughout France over the years. Even the parking was so easy and so close. Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff.

Completely renovated, the hotel consists of three village houses, 35 rooms spread over 3 floors, and plateaus in the heart of the most shopping district of Biarritz, Les Halles, is a lively and green... We are a family of five with three teenagers and stayed for three days. We stayed in teh appartment, which is a separate building just across from the main hotel building. The flat was on two levels, with a double bed and three single beds. It had a small patio out front which was actually wonderful, in that we could sit outside and drink wine or coffee and enjoy the sun and the very central location. The beds were very comfortable! The hotel is very central, a block from the market and a grocery store and surrounded by restaurants. The staff were very friendly. We did surfing lessons every day, and the surfing was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. For beginners, Biarritz is fantastic for surfing -- very good predictable waves, and many options for rentals.

Lots to recommend this wonderful hotel, including its great charm and idyllic location. But hands down the best thing was the staff. Everyone was exceptional - they couldn’t have been warmer or more helpful. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Føles som langt ude på landet, roligt og fredfyldt! Smuk stor have og udsigt. Fantastisk at vi fik Babettes hj. Thai ret og ikke skulle ud at køre igen! Dejlig morgenmad. Ville gerne være blevet i længere tid, men vi skulle videre. Tak
