With free Wi-Fi and free parking for up to 18 cars, this contemporary country-style house is situated in Bourton-on-the-Water – known as the “little Venice of the Cotswolds”. Lovely stay! Such a lovely room and the bathroom was the cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel! The location is perfect and we had both the breakfast and dinner and the food was stunning! The best was so comfortable and quiet even though it's right in the action. An added bonus was that there is plenty of storage with large window sills in both the bedroom and the bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again.

During the two-day stay at Close Hotel, I felt the sincerity that the hotel brings to its guests. The historic building, comfortable interior decoration, delicious and just right food, and most importantly, the service and communication skills of the staff, everything is perfect!

Our room was spacious and spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom included a tub, just as we had requested. The restaurant was also excellent, we really enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We definitely recommend this place and would love to return!

Brilliant countryside pub/inn. Would have loved to have stayed another 5 mights. 20 minutes walk from a farmers market.

Even had goats and donkeys in the area which were a huge treat!
