Especially the staff, Penny was so nice, she help us and give us good recommendations where to eat, where to go, she reserved someplace for us even. At the end of our trip she gave us a goodbye drink.

The view overwhelming. The comfort inside the room was amazing. The bathrooms were very spacious. Totally worth every penny!

The location of Gianna Suites allows guests to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing environment, whilst still being close to Firas action. Lignos Folklore Museum is next to Gianna. The Hotel is conveniently located in walking distance from the Fira towncentre and the caldera. Breakfast was delicious and with good variety. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. But what really set this place apart for us was the attention of the staff and owner. They really made the stay something special and had great recommendations (not just the usual tourist rip offs) Cannot recommend enough
