Everything in the house worked well, from the air-conditioning to the open shower. Breakfast (available for 35K) was quite nice. Staff arranged to have us taken to the train station, 700 meters away, by car for free, which we appreciated given our suitcases.

The room was very comfortable and cozy, perfect for recharging after a few days of physical activities. It was also valentines day and the hotel made special arrangements with my partner to give me a surprise. The facilities and amenities were great, and the location was convenient to explore the bustling parts of the city.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The spa was a true highlight, offering an amazing retreat with its hot and cold jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. Although the pool was quite cold, it was still a great spot to relax as well as the breakfast is good and varied breakfast . I would definitely choose this hotel for another stay.

Amaris Hotel Margorejo Surabaya tilbyder frisk og moderne indkvartering i Surabaya. The breakfast was amazing with many choices of Indonesian food. The hotel clearly supports Indonesian culinary for the guests. Amenities were good and we can get water from a dispenser outside the room. It was such a nice service that the guests don't need to ask for water from the hotel as the tap water in Indonesia was undrinkable.
