Grand City Hall Hotel & Serviced Residences is situated in the heart of Medan. It is next door to the Bank Indonesia Complex. Place is very convenient, easy to ascess everywhere. There is car free day every sunday and it was fun to join. Room were nice and clean.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us promptly. Their helpfulness was invaluable, especially since we don't speak Indonesian. Most of the staff members were fluent in English, making communication easy for our family. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the clean and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more pleasant. The hotel's strategic location is a major plus. Its direct connection to the mall makes it incredibly convenient for guests, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
