The huts were nice & cosy & comfortable. The communal facility was very good, with good facilities & a log fired stove. The next morning Mary had a lovely selection of freshly home made breads, fruits, yoghurts, fresh organic eggs, but the highlight for us was the amazing freshly foraged mushrooms was such a treat, provided by Mary, it was very thoughtful, you don't get that anywhere. An amazing place, will return again.

Our bedroom was beautiful, the restaurant was closed so we dined in the bar from the restaurant menu, the bar was really cosy and beautifully decorated, the food was amazing

Ewings ligger i hjertet af Carlow Town, lige ved siden af rådhuset, og har en traditionel irsk pub og en moderne bar. Der tilbydes gratis WiFi overalt på ejendommen. The location and the atmosphere. The pub attached was a great place to have a drink and meet some nice locals! Everyone was really friendly and when in the rooms you couldn’t hear any noise from the pub. Would stay here again!

The breakfast was great. All the food was fresh and well prepared. There was an issue with Booking.com not forwarding our prepayment to the hotel. When this was brought to the attention of reception, it was promptly investigated and resolved to my full satisfaction. A great staff at reception.
