Think beautiful lemon gardens, exceptional views and local hospitality. Local seafood dishes at the restaurant were some of the best meals we had during our month in Italy! Pino the hotel owner helped us park our car, opened breakfast early for us on a day we were travelling early, even shouted us some euro for bus fare when we were out of cash. So many great bits of local advice given and heeded. For anyone worried about staying in Furore being too far from the key Amalfi coast sites - the distances are much smaller than you realise. There is an abundance of buses and private shuttles which Pino is happy to arrange for you. Only 1.5 euro fare to Amalfi and 15-20 minute bus trip. Cannot be beaten for location and experience.

Villa Anfitrite is located on a hilltop and it offers panoramic views of the bay and the coast. It is set in Positano, 300 metres from Spiaggia del Fornillo and 600 metres from Positano Port. Superb, absolutely everything was wow...view, breakfast, cleanliness, staff.

Perfect and quiet place with spectacular view. Rooms look brand new, modern and cosy. Host Maria was welcoming and very nice to us. We definitely recommend for couples retreat.

The apartment was HUGE and the staff were very accommodating and we were able to check in early. The room directly overlooked the main square and is adjacent to the duomo!! Although the square was noisy, the windows were very effective at blocking the sound.

Loved this location and family who run it! It in back of Amalfi and up stairs. As soon as you get towards the area, it is very quiet. You do not hear all the tourists and hustle-bustle! They helped bring our suitcases up for us as well! In the morning, we heard only roosters! Fantastic full breakfast on outside terrace. The walk to the La Valle Delle Ferriere is long but enjoyable! We made the walk both days. We are in our 50s as well. I would come back!

The location was perfect-peaceful and close to the center. The view from the window was stunning. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, making the stay feel personal and welcoming. The room was clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated

Giusy, the host, was super detailed with everything! I’ve never seen an apartment SO clean and perfect located. She upgraded us to a better one out of courtesy, this details make the differencr. I highly recommend to stay here, just meters from the beach and sea view.
