The staff was very kind and even greeted us around town, the room was very well kept and clean and most importantly very homey. We felt right at home! The breakfast was also excellent, with a small buffet of cakes and desserts and a menu of various dishes, both savory and sweet, all very well-made and in generous amounts. Breakfast was also served in a truly wonderful terrace full of lemon trees which made the experience even more beautiful. The free beach was also a 5-minute walk away and we could always find a space for two towels in the afternoon, which meant that when coming back from exploring the other places we could always put on our swimming suits and go snorkeling (very recommended since the water is crystal clear and full of small fish). We could also borrow their beach towels which was very useful. The way from the train station was a bit uphill (although the whole town is full of ups and downs) but overall pretty quick and full of restaurants and souvenir shops which can come in very handy. We definitely recommend the affiliated restaurant "Da Eraldo" for some good quality fish and seafood and "L'Osteria" for some good local food; the staff of both of these was also very friendly and very willing to make some small talk. We also recommend the trekking trail "Sentiero Azzurro" but be aware that there are some pretty long uphill stairways so start early in the morning if you're planning to go there in summer. Overall our stay was wonderful and there were no complications, truly a wonderful place to spend a couple of days!

Hotel La Spiaggia is on the Ligurian Sea coast, 10 metres from the beach. Offering a bar and a patio the hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from Monterosso al Mare town centre. Location, facility and staff were friendly, helpful and very hospitable.

Margherita ligger 250 m fra stranden i Monterosso al Mare. Det er et moderne hotel med fredelig have. Great breakfast. Very well appointed hotel room, clean and very comfortable.

Just 100 metres from Fegina Beach, Hotel Villa Adriana is set among palm trees. It offers a Ligurian restaurant, a pool, and classically furnished rooms with an LCD TV. Location was brilliant Staff were very friendly.

Albergo Suisse har panoramaudsigt over kysten ved Cinque Terre og tilbyder gratis shuttletransport efter fast køreplan til Monterosso, 1 km derfra. Alle værelserne har aircondition og satellit-tv. Great place , can’t believe it’s only 3* It’s one of those hotels high up and overlooking everything that makes you wonder what it’s like to stay there , and I can tell you it was great ! Free shuttle bus to deal with the hill down to town and back up ! I’d read somewhere that breakfast was only a croissant/cake affair , well it’s not , it’s a comprehensive hot and cold buffet that is most enjoyable .

Marianna Quiet Rooms ligger i Monterosso al Mare, 3 minutters gang fra Monterosso Old Town Strand. Her er concierge-tjeneste, et fælles opholdsområde, en terrasse samt gratis wi-fi overalt. Værten Giorgio var meget imødekommende og havde en skøn, hjælpsom attitude. Han gav os en rigtig god velkomst og hjalp os med gode råd og tips til hvad vi skulle se i Cinque Terre. Værelset var hyggeligt og meget rent og havde en god og autentisk beliggenhed. Derudover var det en hyggelig lille morgenmad, man blev tilbudt, bestående af yoghurt, croissant og foccacia og kaffe, te, juice osv.

Marymar ligger i Monterosso al Mare, 32 km fra Amedeo Lia Museum og 30 km fra Stazione La Spezia Centrale. The property is very beautiful, well localized (walking distance from train station with large luggages was easy). Odelys received us with a very warm welcome. Many restaurants nearby. Both rooms were equiped with everything needed for a great stay and beach experience. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

CREUZA DE 5 TERRE ligger i Volastra, 18 km fra Castello San Giorgio, og tilbyder indkvartering med aircondition og gratis wi-fi samt adgang til en terrasse. Great location that was quiet and reachable with bus transportation from Manarola to Volastra. The hostess met us at the bus stop and walked with us to the apartment. She proceeded to show us everything we needed to know!
