Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Everything was just perfect. We stayed one night with breakfast, in the apartment with private onsen. Would definitely come back and stay longer. The apartment is in very convenient location- close to all the attractions. The staff and the owner are very friendly, kind and helpful. Owner spoke very good English and gave us many tips on what to do and where to go. Made us feel very welcoming. Breakfast traditional Japanese. Food was very delicious.

If I could give ten stars I would! Our stay was amazing! Everything from staff to location to food was great! You can’t beat the location within mountains next to a beautiful river! Onsen facilities were gorgeous! Staff all spoke English perfectly and were extremely thoughtful and kind! They even called me on our way there to make sure we can make it to the dinner!

My party was greatly appreciative of the staff and how willing they were to help us settle in. Despite their somewhat limited English, we still felt like they did their best to communicate and we certainly felt cared for throughout our time there. We trust recommend checking out their outdoor onsen and massage chairs, which are most indulgent indedd! We really recommend this one!

This place was an unexpected surprise. From the get go, the service was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious, decent view, great air conditioning, plenty of outlets as well to charge devices, and they even brought up our luggage that we had delivered from Sapporo for us. We were able to also book a private open air onsen as well with the option of sake. It was an amazing experience. We choose to have dinner from the hotel and it was amazing to. It did not disappoint. This was my first Ryokan onsen experience and I loved it.

Kusatsu onsen Futabaya offers accommodation in Kusatsu. There is 1 paid public bath facility and 3 free public bath facilities within a minute's walk from the property, while Yubatake is also a... Walking distance from the station. They have a yukata that you can use to walk around the Yubatake. They also have a private onsen which is perfect for us since we have a tattoo. Very cozy place.
