3-star Villa Joma hotel is located in an early 20th century building in the heart of Jurmala, on the main promenade, only a 5-minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes drive from Dzintari Concert Hall. It offers rooms with TV sets with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi. Free Private parking is available. Incredibly friendly staff. Excellent food, I recommend especially the porcini mushroom soup. Freshly made, the best ever I have eaten.

Grand Palace Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World is located in the heart of Riga’s Old Town, only 100 metres from Riga Castle. It features rooms with free WiFi, a minibar and flat-screen cable TV. Room was big plenty of space very friendly staff, offering me water and coming to clean room daily. Breakfast was free with my booking and made fresh to hand of what I ordered.would definitely use this hotel again if returning to Latvia. Extremely central as well. So made it easy to visit everything in the city by foot.

Our stay in Konventa Seta hotel was fabulous, right in the beating heart of the old city of Riga! The reception staff was friendly, helpful, deeply responsible and highly professional. Situated in a historic sanatorium building from 1918, Villa Santa features a garden, a terrace and a bar. With free WiFi, this 4-star hotel offers room service. The property is non-smoking throughout and is set in Gauja National Park, 300 metres from river Gauja. The location was a bit difficult to find due to Google Maps not showing accurate directions. But once we found it, it was paradise. Absolutely gorgeous location nestled in the woods. All three buildings are charming. The staff were great. Breakfast was amazing, as were the cocktails. Our room and bathroom were very spacious, with plenty of windows and natural lighting. Everything was tastefully arranged and decorated. Since it is in the woods, make sure to take mosquito repellent so you can enjoy the outdoors. I hope to go back some day!
