The property is about a 20 minute walk from the beach, ferry terminal to Cozumel and the ADO bus station, the room had good A/C which we needed at night, the pool is clean and safe, there are sun lounges and chairs. The host Sebastian is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble, the room had a comfortable bed, warm shower and reasonable cooking facilities including microwave and 2 burner gas stove. We felt safe in the local area including at night, it is a quiet “ local vibe area” If you want 5 star accommodation this isn’t for you but if you want very good, reasonably priced accommodation, this is perfect, it’s well away from the noisy at night areas, there is a well stocked Mexican supermarket within a 10 minute walk, and this is next to the Collectivo mini bus depot where you can go cheaply to Tulum and places on the way. Taxi to the beach and bus station if you don’t like walking is approximately $150 Mexican pesos (10 USD)

The best place I have ever stayed! The entire experience oozed luxury. From start to finish, we were amazed. The staff were incredible, there to make sure we had the best time and catered to our every need. Our room, the restaurants, all the facilities were perfect. Truly a secret paradise and there aren’t enough words to do this place justice. You must experience it for yourself.

Our "Jungle room" was superb - extremely large with a big outside area with seating and hammocks. Our family of 4 was very comfortable in the room. I also really appreciated the large water container provided - allowing us to refill water bottles rather than buying more. The restaurant is also located on a section of beach with one of the best views along this stretch. It is a great place to sit with a drink and enjoy the breeze and views.

Dette afsondrede pensionat ligger uden for landsbyen Tulum, kun en kort taxatur fra stranden. Ejendommen er omgivet af en tropisk have. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

Whenever you book an "all inclusive" resort you expect food to be average at best, but this is not the case for Desire Eden Riviera Maya! Food was comparable only to fine dining gourmet restaurants and the drinks (spirits and champagne/sparkling wine) was of amazing quality. We strongly recommend the Exotic Spa experience, especially the Fantasy massage for couples (thank you Estrella and Luis!!!). Live show and party every night ! The beach was picturesque with white sand like sugar and at this time of the year (mid April) the sargassum problem wasn`t so big , so we enjoyed the beach a lot

Nestled on a one-half mile stretch of private beach in Playa Secreto in the Riviera Maya, this only-adult, all-inclusive resort offers spa services and a variety of on-site dining and entertainment... The people were friendly and the food and drinks were amazing.
