I drove from Singapore to reflect upon the personal and professional journey having achieved a long term milestone to celebrate with family and I couldn’t have choosen a better place. The staff were super friendly. The chef took additional effort to cook indian cuisine for us for two nights dinner at a very very reasonable price. The food was so tasty that I ended up overeating. We did Archery, Paddle Boating, Kayaking, Coconut Bowling etc. There was a very large Kids Room where kids indulge in playing for hours without getting bored. The Spa and Message were great and oh man the Kimchi soup in breakfast was a killer. I have never taken a soup thrice in life which I did having stayed in many 5 star hotel across the globe. Kudos to the chefs. This property is perfect place for a personal retreat to find and discover onself in lap of nature. Enjoy sunrise, take morning walk, cycle, eScooting , Bird watching or simply appreciating the beautiful lake view in middle of jungle. Cannot get better. Will highly recommend and I am sure coming back again at the next available opportunity!

AC Hotel by Marriott Kuantan is only a 10-minute drive from the Royal Pahang Golf Club and the Teluk Cempedak Beach. It has an outdoor pool and private parking. The overall standard of AC Hotel Kuantan is not inferior to hotels in big cities. The counter receptionists had good attitudes, especially Ms. Lynn. She was professional and friendly. She happened to be the one handling check-in and check-out. When checking out, she remembered that I had booked 3 rooms. I originally booked 2 deluxe king rooms and 1 premium king room with sofa bed on the booking.com website, but the counter directly upgraded the 3 rooms to the more expensive premium king room with sofa bed at no additional cost. They also helped arrange 3 rooms side by side so that we could take care of each other. Even the housekeeping staff i met at the corridor was also very polite and friendly. The hotel should be newly renovated and the whole hotel is very new. The room is very spacious, very clean and comfortable, and has large windows that allow outside light to shine into the room. The room has sufficient equipment, a safe, ironing board and iron, slippers, etc. The king-size bed is huge, and the pillows, quilts, and mattresses are clean and comfortable. The toilet cubicles are also very good. I like the bath products prepared by the hotel, which are scented with fruits and plants. The breakfast options are also good, with Chinese, Western, and local food. I would highly recommend AC Hotel to everyone. After staying in the AC Hotel by Marriott, I decided to join their Marriott Bonvey membership programme 😀

Lovely homely feel with exceptional staff , great location and very good wifi. Bkfast was good too with lovely food and coffee .

We had an absolutely lovely stay at De’ La Ferns. We extended by one night after seeing how hospitable the staff was in this lovely location. Mr Raju and his staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We also took a Strawberry Jam making class conducted by a patient and friendly Shabi. The snow machine at Xmas was a fun surprise. Truly recommend this property.

This was the best stay of our life ! We felt like in another world in this magnificient hotel. We loved the rooms, the decoration, the location... The food was delicious and of high quality. We discovered some specialities from the Highlands and we liked it a lot. This stay has been amazing especially thanks to all the staff that was truly the best ! Thank you so much Hossein, Ridoy, Shantoosh, Sugi, Sudep, Bal, and all others I don't remember the name, for attending us like VIP guest. Also, the massages from Arika were extremely relaxing and professionnal. At the beggining we just came to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and we appreciated so much the service that we finally stayed in Cameron Highlands Resort for 4 nights. I cannot wait to come again to Malaysia and being back in this hotel which feel like home in a luxury way !
