We loved our stay at the Rain Forest Inn! We booked a room for two in the longhouse. The accommodation is simple but comfortable, with a clean shared bathroom and shower. However, this place is much more than just a bed to sleep in—it’s an immersive experience of living with the native community on their land, as the family resides on the property. Guests have access to stunning natural pools and a gorgeous waterfall, whose soothing sounds make for a peaceful night’s sleep. The dining area overlooks the waterfall, creating a beautiful setting for meals. Breakfast was included, with generous portions and delicious food. One evening, we opted for the native meal experience, where we not only enjoyed an amazing meal but also took part in preparing it—an interesting and memorable experience. We were also given a demonstration of traditional hunting techniques and even had the chance to try them ourselves. Additionally, we learned about the surrounding nature, including edible flowers and the plants used as natural shampoo. This is a secluded location, perfect for those seeking an authentic indigenous experience. We are so happy we chose the Rain Forest Inn—it was truly a special and unforgettable stay. Highly recommend!

Located next to Kuantan Mosque and the scenic river front, Classic Hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. The hotel houses a restaurant and a business centre. Lovely homely feel with exceptional staff , great location and very good wifi. Bkfast was good too with lovely food and coffee .

Het Zenith Hotel heeft een centrale ligging in Kuantan-Stad, op 5 minuten lopen van het winkelcentrum East Coast Shopping Mall. Het hotel beschikt over een overloopzwembad en een spa. We zijn er een nacht geweest om het vliegtuig te pakken. Ontbijt meer als uitstekend , er is echt van alles. Maar koffie was slecht. Dat vond ik weer echt jammer. In de lobby is de koffie goed. Goede bedden en grote kamer.

The service was top notch. It was a classy and comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and it’s a perfect place for relaxing and reading.
