We stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and our 4-year-old child. The room was perfectly prepared and well-equipped. We highly recommend the breakfast – there was a great selection, and the food was replenished regularly. The staff was friendly and helpful (luggage storage was available after check-out). ​First Hotel Breiseth has a great location: just a one-minute walk from the train station and very close to the main pedestrian street, Storgata. Most attractions are within a 20-minute walk. Walking to the ski jumping hill takes about 40 minutes, but you can also take a bus or a taxi. We highly recommend this hotel for families!

A large private park surrounds the hotel and guests can dine at 2 restaurants on site. Lobby area, spa and bar were all clean and comfortable. Room was new and nice. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Parking was abundant.

WiFi is free in all cottage, and the on-site Fossekroa restaurant with bar serving traditional Norwegian cuisine are also featured. Great little cabins in the woods. Lovely and handy for the ski slopes. Clean, comfortable and simple. Lovely and warm.
